Order processing requires 2-3 weeks. Shipments within the UAE are expected to arrive 2-3 days after the order has been prepared.
We strive to ensure that customers receive their items in impeccable condition. In the event of any defaults on our part, a store credit will be issued. This applies specifically to the following cases:
Receipt of the wrong product sent by the merchant.
Discovery of a defective product.
Identification of damage to the product during shipping.
